It's the 2nd trademark he applied for at the USPTO that has been infringed by two billionaires. The first applied trademark was Madhattan NYC, second applied trademark I$. Both trademarks for clothing. His Madhattan NYC word mark was infringed by Kenneth Feld of Feld entertainment that inherited $2 billion dollars from his father the original owner of the Ringling Brothers and Barnum Bailey Circus. Kenneth made a Madhattan musical and sold Madhattan clothing there and lies with fraudulent information that said Feld ent. Applied two months before Victor Gaston in 1997 and ruined Victor Gaston’s chances of making large revenue with his Madhattan NYC clothing and apparel business. Secondly, the I$ trademark of Victor Gaston has had four websites of infringing sellers for 6 years now as these infringers search into the uspto.gov website to find the best pending trademarks that they can steal and monetize from. Well, they found it the best logo to infringe and give financial hardship to its owner and creator. These four websites are amazon.com, cafepress.com, spreadshirt.com, and zazzle.com. During the last six years, these sellers on these websites have been making profits and annual revenues by using the I$ trademark on non-quality garments with images of the I$ logo with a bit of a different appearance. However, it's still an infringement, because no matter how you design a capital letter “I” a heart with a dollar sign (I$) is owned by Victor Gaston even if you were to use several dollar signs to the logo. The owners of the 4 websites receive monthly seller fees from the infringing sellers, as the sellers and website owners collect the monies by stealing the original owners' customers that purchased the infringing garments.
